Teaser Tuesdays – 11/4

Posted by shelburns on November 4, 2008

 TEASER TUESDAYS asks you to:

  • Grab your current read.
  • Let the book fall open to a random page.
  • Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
    • Please avoid spoilers!
  • Unfortunately for me, I am still in the same book from last week, so my Teaser Tuesday is again from The House on Tradd Street.  This has been a slow reading week for me because of everything else going on.  Can you say, “Life get outta my way?”  Maybe then I could just read.  I plan to today!  Here is my teaser for you:

He gave an exaggerated sigh.  “You remember how I asked you if you could just ask the ghosts your questions and let them answer?  And you said something like it’s not that easy?”  p. 272, The House on Tradd Street by Karen White.

I am enjoying this book, just wishing I had more time to read.  Look for my review of this on Nov. 14th, thanks to Pump Up Your Book Promotion.  Check out the other teasers at Should Be Reading.
